Designed the key publishing flow that makes runway looks go live for inquiry and pre-order within a day of the show.
A layer I brought in before pre-order. Ask the brand anything before you commit: fabric, fit, delivery, customisation. Every inquiry gets an answer within 24 hours.
Pieces don't disappear into a list of past orders, it gets added to your wardrobe. Add items bought elsewhere by email and they appear alongside the rest.
